It’s been a month to this day that we jetted off to vancouver for our cultural exchange trip as british reporters. And hopefully it’s not the end of our  educated journey.

Our goal was to find out about how the Winter olympic and paralympic games and their cultural events are oraganised. Along with experiencing the dramatic affect both the games had on vancouver and how we can advise london how we can make our olympics games exciting and enjoyable for people of all ages.

I’ve learnt so much in just a week  from being in such a wonderfull city. One of the aspects of Vancouver that i’ll remember the most is the ex freindly people we met. It wasn’t just the paralympians the we interviewed, just general people in the street had a really positive vibe about the games. It was also really refreshing to see volunteers so willing and happy to do thier job. If  i could sum up the atomsphere in Vancouver using 3 words… I would say lively, energertic and welcoming.

As i’ve said before it’s not over yet and there’s more to come from a new direction’s  olympic correspondents. Today we’ve been discussing how we can get ourselves invoved in the London 2012 games…. So don’t worry i’ll be back
